Jamie Nutbrown has joined Welsh regional side the Ospreys after being released from his contract in New Zealand by the Chiefs.

Nutbrown's provincial union, Bay of Plenty, have agreed to tear up the former Crusaders star's contract for an undisclosed transfer fee.

He will join former Chiefs team-mate Marty Holah and former New Zealand international Filo Tiatia at Ospreys.
